Love him or hate him, Cleveland Cavaliers star, LeBron James has become one of the biggest athletes in the history of sports. Standing at 6 foot 8 inches and 250 pounds of pure steel, the basketball phenom has become a staple to the definition of athleticism mixed with straight skill. But LeBron wants his fans and haters to know that anyone can reach their full potential when they put in the time he does before he hits the court during primetime hour in the Fall. On his Facebook page, LeBron put together a short compilation video of him explaining what he does during the off-season to prepare for the tremendous responsibilities he takes on during basketball season. The 2 and a half minute film shows LeBron doing basic, yet essential workouts to show how important he believes it is to always keep the basics in mind despite how easy it becomes to dunk from the free-throw line. Don’t know about you, but after watching this shit, my lazy ass needs to start doing crunches again.
