Nike Releases Special Shoe Pack to Celebrate the NBA’s Current Champions

A few months ago the impossible finally happened. A young star athlete from Cleveland, Ohio finally brought a professional championship trophy back to the city for the first time in almost 100 years. LeBron James led the Cavaliers against the Golden State Warriors to win in a story-like series 4 games to 3 for the 2016 NBA championship. The mark of this historic comeback was when the Cavs were down 2 games to 0 against Golden State, winning their first game of the series during the 3rd game in Cleveland, setting up for one of the biggest bounce backs in sports history.

Nike, which partnered with both LeBron and his right-hand man, point guard, Kyrie Irving, has released special editions of both the Kyrie 2’s and the LeBron Soldier 10’s to commemorate the momentous season. The Kyrie 2’s have been redone with a burgundy and gold sole, true to the team colors, on a white base. While the Soldier 10’s will be coming in an all-black shoe, with light blue gum soles and a trendy ankle-high top. The kicker about this particular pack is that it’s currently only being sold at select retailers in Ohio locations, but luckily 3rd party sellers are already starting to pop up on eBay and other online sources. Are you willing to drop $600 or more for this exclusive release? Check out some of the eBay bids here.
